SupportSmith IT Support: Administrative Tools


SupportSmith IT Support includes the SupportSmith's Support Manager, a console that allows Technicians to get system information from the remote PC, attend the remote IT support requests, chat with supportees and keep and manage the support session records, among others.

SupportSmith IT Support's Administrative Tools lets you:

  • Get Realtime PC Status Monitoring. Requires Pre-installed Agents.
  • Initiate Remote Support sessions.
  • Retrieve Remote System Information Overview.
  • Initiate a chat with any PC user.
  • Send WOL (Wake Up On Lan) packets to registered machines.
  • Manage help requests.
  • Manage incident files.
