Remote Tool Access Rules
Let's suppose the Technician was asked to solve a problem on a remote
PC. But what if he/she access the remote PC in a moment when the
PC's owner is logged on and working with sensitive
information that the technician shouldn't see?
With SupportSmith IT Support , the use of a remote tool that may compromise the remote user's privacy can be
ruled per Domain User or Group and per type of remote access (end-user requested or
unnattended). Rules can be set to:
- Always accept the request
- Always deny the request
- Ask for end-user's authorization
- Provide a default response after certain pre-configured time.
