Pre-installed Support Agent
Pre-installed Support Agents allows Technicians to get administrative/unattended
access to the remote PC, plus benefiting from all
Administrative Tools available to this scenario.
Pre-installed Agents enables:
- Administrative/unattended Remote Access
Access the remote PC for administrative tasks when nobody is logged on.
To avoid unauthorized access, Active Directory authentication will be required. SupportSmith Server will audit the access and restrict it according to the configured permission levels.
- Realtime PC Status Monitoring.
The Technician can see when a PC is powered on or off and whether an user is currently logged on, helping decide the right moment to access the computer remotely.
- Extended System Overview.
The Technician can check the remote system configuration, installed programs, hotfixes, drivers and more, without interrupting the current logger user
tasks.
- Share an Aplication or Desktop
Enables Single Application or Desktop Sharing with a peer.
- Request Technical Support
The end-user can request Technical Support or initiate a Chat with a
Technician at any time.
