SupportSmith TeamUp! Help - Getting Started
When you install SupportSmith TeamUp! in your computer, it is all set up to start your 30-day trial immediately, with a trial key already in place and a connection to a public server fully configured.
When you launch SupportSmith TeamUp! for the first time, you see the Task Selection window:
The available tasks are:
- Share an Application or Desktop
Allows you to quickly share a Windows Application or the entire Desktop with your mate. - Connect to a Shared Application or Desktop
Lets you join in a third party work session you've been invited to. - Start an Online Meeting or Presentation
Lets you share a Windows Application or the entire Desktop with up to 15 people. It also lets you chat with all participants and share files. You can invite them using Instant Messaging like Skype and MSN or e-mail.
If you close it, SupportSmith TeamUp! will be minimized to the tray bar,
on the lower right corner:
If you left or right-click on the tray bar icon, the following menu will be displayed:
Besides the three tasks already mentioned above, this menu includes the following additional options:
- Task Selection Window
Opens the Task Selection Window. - Settings
Opens the Configuration Settings dialog. - Buy or Go Pro
Takes you to the order page. - About
Shows product's information. - Exit
Closes the application.
